Maureen Denise McCormick born 5th August 1956 Woodland Hills California, youngest daughter and only of Richard McCormick. Her father was a schoolteacher and her mom was a stay-at-home mother. Michael Dennis Kevin is her the third of her siblings. McCormick always enjoyed dancing, singing and putting on puppet shows. Following her win in her first Baby Miss San Fernando Valley contest when she was just 6 years old, Pat Domigan called from Jack Wormser Agency to see whether McCormick was interested in getting into the world of entertainment. McCormick got her first big work in 1964, when she appeared in a commercial on television for Mattels new doll, Baby Pattaburp. McCormick also starred in a commercial in the year 1964 for Mattels Chatty Cathy toy and soon she was given the leading character on Wind It up and It is Broken, a show at La Jolla Playhouse. The Brady Bunch In 1969 McCormick was picked from among 1200 children who auditioned to be the youngest of three daughters towheaded on the new TV show The Brady Bunch starring Florence Henderson as well as Robert Reed as newlyweds with the family of a blended couple. The show ran for five seasons. McCormick said in her 2008 book Heres the Story : Surviving Marcia Brady & Finding My True Voice she almost ended her relationship in the fifth season with Barry Williams, her co-star and brother on screen. In 2008, McCormick disclosed in her book Heres the story: Surviving Marcia and Finding My True Voice that in season five of the show, she nearly lost her virginity to Barry Williams. The two of us could have been in a couple, she added. The timing, however, wasn't the right time.
